Hi! I'm Amanda!
You may have seen my large Dobermann, Koba, and I around the neighborhood over the last year --
I've been living in the duplex at the corner of Canby & Capitol Hill Road since relocating to SW PDX from Albuquerque, New Mexico in August of 2024 while attempting to 'rebuild' my life.
My last one as a business owner and retired professional athlete pretty much exploded following an... interesting series of events in May of 2023 that left me reeling and fighting to find ground.
I'll just leave it at that for now, because google is still free.
So I moved here to Multnomah Village, where I filled this delightful little duplex full of beautiful things and lots of plants, tools, toys and fun light to jumpstart my fresh journey... but all did not go as planned -- less than a year later, after some time and exploration, I've decided that I want something entirely different:
I'm downsizing my life (drastically) to go live in an Airstream --
and that means I'm selling nearly everything I own.
In a fantastic turn of events for anyone reading this (aka, all of you), the plants and furniture and lighting and landscaping tools and bikes and skis and all manner of everything lovely need to be dispensed of before July 31...
SO COME BUY SOME BEAUTIFUL STUFF

the house will be open for perusal of
art, furniture, cabinetry, shop tools, etc, +
additional household items + small tools, plants, etc - general sale - 10a-4pm

will be updated throughout the next two weeks
as I tag + prepare,

the fairly impromptu plant + patio sale on July 12 went well as we shook off the dust and soft-launched these weekly July sales, and it was great to meet so many of our wonderful neighborhood folks!
If you had your eye on anything you saw or heard about, don't worry: those items will still be for sale July 26 & 27th during the estate sale -- but come as soon as the doors open, because things go fast!
